In compliance with the Stop Campus Hazing Act (SCHA), which was signed into law on Dec. 23, 2024, WVU tracks and investigates allegations of hazing on and off campus. The report also provides information about hazing policies, prevention programs, and the definitions of hazing under the WVU Campus Student Code and West Virginia state law.
