The Clery Act requires colleges and universities that receive federal funding to disseminate a public annual security report to employees and students in the fall.
The following report provides information on the procedures, practices and programs WVU uses to keep students and employees safe and its facilities secure. It also includes campus crime statistics for the preceding three calendar years.
