The WVU Police Department encourages you to safely dispose of unwanted medications during National Drug Take Back Day on Saturday (April 25).
You can drop off your medication at the disposal kiosk, available 24 hours a day, year-round at the WVU Police Department Health Sciences Center satellite office, which is located near the Pylons. Just stop by and drop your medication in the box, free of charge.
We especially encourage students to utilize this opportunity to dispose of medications they no longer need as they prepare to move out of their residences for summer break.
Students, employees, and local Morgantown residents can access the kiosk any time it’s convenient for them. If you have questions, please call WVU Police at 304-293-3136.
