Do you know how to administer NARCAN? Want to use “drunk goggles” to see the true effects of alcohol consumption? Think you know what a standard alcoholic drink looks like?
Join the University Police Department for a variety of interactive activities at the Know Before You Go: Spring Safety Fair on March 4-5.
Alongside UPD, campus partners like WELLWVU, Student Life, SGA, the Monongalia County Health Department, and more will host tables where you can learn more about staying safe.
Grab a free condom from WELLWVU, and learn more about NARCAN from the Health Department. You’ll also get to play games like cornhole and giant Jenga while wearing “drunk goggles” and learn about the University’s medical amnesty policy and LiveSafe, along with many other topics.
Plus, you’ll be entered to win raffle prizes at each table you visit.
Stop by the fair on March 4 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Mountainlair's Vandalia Lounge and March 5 from 3-5 p.m. at the Rec Center indoor courts.
